This Aluminium system profiles without the thermal insulation, mainly dedicated to the interior of buildings: boxes, partition walls, display cases, sliding doors (manually or automatically operated), double and single acting doors. The structural depth equals 40 mm. The system features single or packet window panels with any kind of glass or opaque panels in the width of 1-23 mm.

DOORS AND WINDOWS SYSTEM

This is an aluminium system without the thermal insulation, mainly dedicated  to the interior of building such as boxes, partition walls, sliding  doors(controled manually or automatically) and display cases. The PT 50 system allows to use the variety of fillings: glass, aluminium panels, “sandwich” fillings, panel boards and pvc of width 1- 40 mm. The structural depth for frame and sash is 52-60 mm. The regular doors or the coplaner doors can be assembled in the PT50 system. The advantage of axial clamped hinges is an ease of assembly in three planes.

The system is assigned for accomplishment of outside buildings elements like: wind stoppers, shop windows and sliding front doors rated to the RMG 2.1 material group. This system has created plenty of solutions for the window and door construction. The application of thermal insulator ensures correct drainage. The width of frame and sashes is 52-60 mm.

WINDOW SYSTEM

The three-chamber system for the windows with “euro” standard hardware groove and groove used in windows and balcony doors made of PVC or wood profiles. The depth of the frame is 68 mm and the depth of leaf is 76 mm. Due to wider, in comparison to the PE 60, 32 mm thermal insulator and one or two component central gasket, we can achieve high high thermal parameters.  The thermal insulation heat transfer coefficient (for frame) is Uf=1,5 W/m2K (basic option).
There is no need for a drip, what positively influences the beauty of the curtain wall, thanks to the modernization of the sealing elements. The system allows to use the wide range of hardware and ease their installation. Three-chamber system Ponzio PE 68 permits to set up constructions of large dimensions.

 

DOOR SYSTEM

The three-chamber insulated system dedicated for doors. The system has a coplanar structure profiles (notch clearance 18 mm) and the possibility of using glazing beads for “euro” standard groove.
In PE system specially profiled thermal breaks in the width of 24 mm are applied. What is more, specially designed, compatible profiles enable the connection between the door and windows. The structural depth of the frames and sashes is 68 mm.
There is a possibility to apply double and triple glazed units at the width of 51 mm. The frame heat transfer coefficient equals
1,5–2,1W/m2K.
Wide range of hardware and doors locks can be used. PE 68 allows to make kneaded, as well as screwed corner connections.

WINDOW SYSTEM
PONZIO PE 78N

Three-chamber system with “euro” standard groove and groove used in windows and balcony doors made of PVC or wooden profiles.
It is dedicated for constructions with very high thermal requirements.
The structural depth of profiles for frames is 78mm, for sashes 86mm.
Thanks to multi chamber thermal breaks (42 mm) and two component central gasket we can obtain high thermal insulation. In PE 78N Uf frame heat transfer coefficient equals 1,7 W/m2K. In more insulated version PE78N+, with closed glass chamber, the Ufvalue equals 1,3 W/m2K.
The system allows to use wide range of hardware and ease the mounting.
Three-chamber profile construction of PE 78N system, provides large stiffness of profile, which allows accomplishing constructions of large dimensions.

The three chamber system for doors with thermal insulation. The structural depth for frames and sashes equals 78mm.
The system allows using a wide range of hardware and door locks. PE 78N allows to make kneaded, as well as screwed corners connection. What is more, there can be applied the variety of threshold solutions (also PVC one) to guarantee the best water and thermal insulation.

SLIDING 600tt EVO

Aluminium profile system intended to accomplish thermal insulated sliding windows or sliding segments for external elements of constructions, for example loggias and balconies.
The systems allows to use fillings, of 26-30 mm thickness. The structural depth of the profiles equals 46 mm for frames, 73/95 mm fOr double track frames, 131,5/153,5 mm for triple track frames. Possibility of achieving the minimal width of the central post – 37 mm – provides slenderness and stiffness of the construction.
Ponzio hardware is installed in SL600tt EVO sliding system.
Thanks to special EPDM gaskets, made of synthetic rubber, used on the perimeter of each of the sliding segments, we achieve high tightness of the construction.

The system with thermal insulation, designed to produce elements of the external enclosure lift and slide for example housing balconies and loggias. Design depth is 50 mm for wings and 120 mm for double track frames and 184 mm for triple track frames.

Fillings:

Themally insulated lift and slide system intended to accomlish elements of external constructions.
The structure allows to make stable constructions of large size, with even 6 sashes and of very large sash weight.
The structural depth of profiles equals 67mm for sashes,160 mm for double track frames and 247 mm for triple track frames.
The system allows to apply fillings up to 51mm thick.
It’s advantege is high resistance to weather conditions.
